Build something worth building.

Forted is a young, growing UK firm. We do serious work for serious clients, but without the scale, politics or overhead of the larger players. That makes for a different kind of place to work.

We're looking for people who care about doing the work properly, who think for themselves, and who'd rather be part of building something than slot into someone else's machine. Backgrounds that tend to fit well include eDiscovery, digital forensics, incident response, document review, and project management within a legal or investigations context.

What you can expect:

  • A share in the company. Every employee has the opportunity to earn equity, so you're building something you partly own
  • Real responsibility, quickly. No five-year wait for interesting work
  • Modern tooling, including thoughtful use of GenAI rather than the legacy stack you're probably tired of
  • Sensible flexibility on how, when and where you work, balanced against the demands of client matters

If that sounds like the kind of place you'd want to be, send your CV and a short note about why to careers@forted.io. Even if there's no current advertised role, we're always interested in hearing from the right people.

When I built this firm I wanted every employee to feel part of it and drive the culture. To that end, every employee will have the opportunity to earn a share of the company, so they're building a company they part-own.
